Russian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (RVCA) Russian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (RVCA) was established in 1997 with the aim of integration of private equity and venture capital (PE&VC) professionals in Russia. It is an associated member of European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and maintains active contacts with all international professional associations. The RVCA activities is directed to assistance to Russian PE&VC market formation by shaping communicative environment for professional community, conducting investigations of PE&VC market, and disseminating analytical materials, international corporative standards and business-ethics principles. RVCA pays significant attention to interactions with federal and regional executive and legislative authorities on amendments to the legislation which regulates relations of the industry subjects, and to formation of the infrastructure providing capital inflow and deal flow. Among many of the RVCA projects, the most prominent are: Russian Venture Fairs which have been annually conducted since 2000, development of the system of Regional Venture Fairs and the events oriented to raising the level of competences of top-managers, establishing business contacts with representatives of international private equity professional community and private equity market experts. www.rvca.ru |
